September 30, 2005 -- As you can see from the scarcity of posts, this isn't much of a blog. I guess it's more of a where-am-I-now page. Currently, the answer to that question is Brooklyn, New York. I arrived yesterday and will begin my job hunt next week.

July 26, 2003 -- I am currently a Peace Corps trainee in Mauritania. I have a lot to say about this, but I'm afraid I won't get around to posting any writing on the subject for a little while. Stay tuned.

April 17, 2003 -- I've been Senegal for a month now and I'm having a great time. At the moment, I'm living with a Senegalese family and studying French with a tutor. I've posted a few pictures, if you are interested.

The other news is that I've been offered a Peace Corps assignment in Mauritania as a Small Enterprise Development/ICT Development Agent. If I can complete the paperwork from here, I'll take the assignment and be headed to Mauritania at the end June.
